3. Product licenses

Every paid product is licensed, not sold. The full license is LICENSE.md in the download, and your order is stamped in LICENSE-ORDER.txt. In brief:

  • Developer kits and the Agent Production Stack:use, modify and deploy the code in an unlimited number of your own personal or commercial projects, including projects for your clients. Don't redistribute, resell or publish the kit itself.
  • Design packs:a pack license covers unlimited projects; a project license covers one product, website or app. Ship them inside what you build, but don't redistribute the design system itself.
  • Free products (the Agent Payments Sandbox and the Meridian design pack) are open source under the MIT license.
  • Every product comes as it is, without warranty, and with liability limited to what you paid for it, as far as the law allows. The Terms of Service apply to every product.

It is independent: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Anthropic, Stripe, Coinbase, Google or any other company named on this site. Their names and logos are trademarks of their owners. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice.

This page is a summary, not an offer. Work starts only under a signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work, which prevail over anything here. Each platform decides what it lists, so no listing, approval, traffic or revenue is guaranteed. Latitude 10 never holds or moves client money and is not a payment processor. See the Terms of Service.

You run this code and are responsible for it: review it, test it on staging, and check that it meets the laws, platform rules and security standards that apply to you before production. It is not legal, compliance or financial advice, and using it doesn’t make Latitude 10 your payment processor or service provider.

When an AI agent buys from Latitude 10, the person or company that runs the agent is the buyer and accepts the Terms of Service. Payments on a blockchain or over Lightning are final.
